In each region on behalf of the KNLTB a region coach, region scout, fitness trainers, coaches and many volunteers are active. The region coach is responsible for the implementation of the centrally driven technical policy. The region coach manages the KNLTB trainers in his region and has direct contact with (private) coaches in the region.

The Northwest Region consists of the districts IJmond, Leiden, Noord Holland Noord. The region coach of the North West is at Frits Bruggencate.
